What killed my chickens?

i woke up and went out to feed my 5 chickens and rabbit and guinea pig , i went to the rabbit and guinea pig first and i found the cage door open and the rabbit was gone , i went to the chook pen and found no chickens , no body remains just feathers , down the drive way there was traces of blood and down our street there was feathers, i live in a town not out of town, about 2 weeks later i was walking past a house and i found one of the chickens head and wings on the front lawn , but the owner of the house has no animals ,
