Cut Outs
Should I cut out ab work outs all together?
I want to lose my gut but everyone says that will just make it bigger. if i cut that out, what do i do more of to lose 10 lbs?
currently 136, 5'5
Don't stop doing ab workouts. If you want a smaller gut then you'd have to lose overall body weight. Keep working out your muscles because muscles help boost you metabolism and thus burn more calories leading to weight loss. If anything, once you drop your weight you would get nice defined abs. If you don't want bulky ones then just do regular crunches, situps, etc.
