Lot Over
What is the most efficient bank to use in the South for someone who travels a lot all over the country?
I need personal banking options like checkings and savings account. But travelling a lot makes it hard for me. I'm a student in the South, but come from Hawaii. But travel quite often to the west coast and northern parts of the country. I need a bank that I can access from many places. Money can't be deposited into an account in the south from Hawaii or other places. Which bank would be the best to work with?
I'm looking for a bank in the South West Mississippi. Bank of America is not accessible where I am.
UGHH CAN ANYONE UNDERSTAND? NOT BANK OF AMERICA. THERE IS ONLY ONE IN ALL OF MISSISSIPPI.
I have had a lot of luck with Citi Bank. You can open online, free bill pay, great interest rates on savings accounts (4.5% - 5.00% APY).
Also try something like a local credit union or small community bank. They typically have great service and understand that students sometimes run into financial hardship and if you ever incur overdraft fees they are likely to refund them. Community banks normally have lower savings rates, but are much more personable. Credit unions are better rates, but a bit more strict in refunding fees.
