Wing Feathers
My duck has lost most of its wing feathers, those on the left is damaged.?
My four years old Beijing woman has lost about 80% of its wing feathers. The feathers that are left are in tatters and out at all angles. The tree damaged ones seems to be green / black in places. It started when my Drake began mating with it last fall (he moved to the property a neighbor). Initially, I thought she had damaged feathers of the wing because it is a great Beijing Drake. However, it has progressed to the point where it has almost no feathers left on its wings. The rest of his feathers on his body very well and is relatively healthy otherwise.
she was picking them a lot? Maybe she got some kind of chemical / substance that is on the wing his loose feathers. Hope that helps:)
