What eye makeup will make big blue eyes stand out?
I don't want to wear eyeliner on my lower lashline, because that seems to take away their natural beauty. But what colors of eyeshadow and stuff will make them stand out?
most people think blue, but it's actually a contrasting color, such as a deep burgundy, green, brown, or smokey color.
something about making them 'pop?' and don't use too much, that just looks trashy. blend, baby, blend.
