What is better home brewed beer or craft made beers?
Outside of personal choice/preference/opinions the only difference is who made it. For this reason I must agree with Jason. However, my reasons are based on my experience as a trained and experienced culinarian and home and craft brewing. If you have brewed your own then you know that even the "perfect" brewer's log does not produce the perfect beer. The variables within the parameters of brewing beer is far to great to control them well in your home brewery. Therefore, we are left with the choice presented in your question. Do we want a beer that ways made with the labor and love put into the efforts of beer art/science or do we purchase the beer from a company/brewer that did the same with the help of technical and industrial equipment?
Outside of personal choice/preference/opinions the only difference is who made it. Given the one choice I want a highest quality for my money and in craft beers, especially the Belgian beers, I find that. My beers are good and sometimes very good but not consistent. Give me the craft beer while I toil to produce one of comparable quality.
