That was ironic question because for foreign ( non USA ) shareholders IS NOT possible to obtain STAMP without losing one week and 2000 $ to pay trip too USA where is ONLY possible to obtain STAMP
Dear friend. For 1 Year I am calling, mailing... banks, trusts, company that issued stocks, company where records for stocks are kept, brokers...... NO ONE can DO ANYTHING, no one can sell, transfer, verify with STAMP shares or any other document related to shares. To USA embassies is FORBIDEN to perform that STAMP (not useless notary) service. How ironic statements "it is for your safety sounds”
