Seconds Off

The sound is a few seconds off on this video I play using Media Player Classic?
I went to audio options to see if I could fix it. I tried that audio time shift(ms), but nothing happened. I tried negative and positive but it didn't make any difference whatsoever.
Can someone PLEASE help? 10 points!
unistall media player classic and nstall vlc player is the best it plays all video and audio types google vlc player
